Being a dentist is something I’m immensely proud of and have been for a very long time. I’ve wanted to be a dentist since I was in the third grade and have been in the field since 1987. I had an amazing dentist as a child who sparked my interest in this profession and I haven’t looked back once since then. I thoroughly enjoy making a difference in people’s lives and making them feel good about their smile. I’m honored to see multigenerational families trusting me with their dental care.
The best part about my profession is getting to know all my wonderful patients as people. We have a small clinic and you’ll see the same faces and smiles every time you visit us. This leads to more personalized dental care and a staff that truly treats our patients like family. We’ll only treat what our patients want us to treat, and go all out to give them as many options as possible with zero pressure.
Education and Continuing Education
I grew up in Kenosha, WI but have lived in Plymouth, MN for 25 years. I earned my undergraduate degree at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and went on to earn my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1987. I purchased and opened my current dental office in 1991.
I strive to stay on the cutting edge of dental technologies and practices so I can offer my patients the best treatment possible. I’m a member of both the American Dental Association and Minnesota Dental Association and have completed more than 100 hours of continuing education in the last two years alone.
Outside the Office
Away from work I have a wife, Pam, and two wonderful grown children, Sara and Scott. I enjoy playing golf and tennis, and sweating it out at the health club. I also do my fair share of yard work! I like staying active in the community and have donated my time at food banks, school events, mental health charities, and as a basketball and hockey coach.
I sincerely hope you’ll give me and my staff the chance to help you achieve your best and brightest smile. We can’t wait to meet you!
